Parents must have and be able to upload:

* Player Contract 
* Physical
* Picture of player (no hats or dark glasses/shades. Ok if your player wears seeing glasses)
* Birth Certificate
* Report Card from 2023 - 2024 school year (No progress Reports) 7 yrs and Up
* Proof of Residency (Utility Bill)
* Non-Refundable Deposit: (will go towards registration fee cost)
